Viaplay F1 (2025)

 The brief

The rules changed. The cars changed. Everything changed. We partnered with Viaplay and Did Another Thing to launch the 2026 Formula 1 season with a cinematic promo campaign built around the sport's biggest technical overhaul in years. New aerodynamics, hybrid-electric powertrains, regenerative systems, a Formula 1 car reimagined from the ground up. We set the action at Zandvoort's iconic Hans Ernst corner, where we translated technical revolution into raw visual energy at full speed.

Our approach

We built the entire world from scratch. Starting with the track layout itself, we reconstructed Zandvoort's Hans Ernst corner as the stage for everything that followed.

From there we designed a bespoke Viaplay livery, a car that exists nowhere else. We put the 2026 car head-to-head with the 2025 model, letting the contrast tell the story of the new rules: updated aero, half-electric powertrain, regenerative systems, the works. Every stage got its own distinct visual treatment.

Then we went deep on the UI. We're talking full nerd mode, pulling actual technical specs, modelling holographic car breakdowns, making sure every data point, every readout, every detail was accurate and made sense. The kind of thing most viewers won't consciously notice, but would immediately feel if it was wrong.
